Private Office Banker

Citizens Private Bank has accelerated its strategy to build out Wealth Management, scale Business Banking, grow deposits, and expand in key growth markets. We're looking for talented preferred bankers, who demonstrate a track record of delivering a white glove experience to clients that results in long-term client loyalty. In this role you will, provide personal banking, commercial and business banking, retirement planning, investment management and financial planning to high-net-worth individuals, families, nonprofits, and private family foundations. You will break down traditional product silos and be empowered to do what's in the client's best interest. Citizens Private Bank services a range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, private equity, venture firms, their managing partners and employees, professional service firm employees, non-profits and other affluent-oriented clients.

Our Preferred Bankers pride themselves on doing right by the client and thinking two steps ahead for their needs. While your business will be entirely self-sourced, you'll leverage the strength of the Citizens enterprise to collaborate with partners across Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, Mortgage and more, depending on individual client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing exceptional client service on the phone and occasionally in person.
• Assist with obtaining and organizing all required documentation and filing.
• Maintain client relationships and open new accounts.
• Acquire knowledge of existing Bank products, specifically on the deposit side, but with a focus on Wealth Management and Loan products.
• Keep up-to-date with new Bank product offerings and services.
• Adhere to and comply with the applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.) as well as Bank policies and procedures.
• Identify and report suspicious activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Officer.
• Verify the identity of clients that enter into a relationship with the Bank.

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree preferred
• One to two years of experience in a professional financial services role

• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask

Hours & Work Schedule:

• Hours per Week: 40
• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
