Private Nanny

Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday 7am-4pm and Fridays from 7am-1pm

Compensation: $25 an hour

A loving family of three in Tucson are seeking an established career nanny to care for their almost two year old daughter while mom works from home. It is a requirement that candidates have 2-5 years of professional nanny experience, are non-smokers, and are fully vaccinated against COVID,Flu, MMR and TDAP.The ideal candidate is tidy, punctual, organized and able to take and follow directions, has excellent communications skills and is detail oriented. It is a huge bonus if the candidate has a background in education.

Job duties will include creating and maintaining a safe and loving environment, implementing age appropriate stimulating activities, assisting with child’s meal prep, snacks and feedings, coordinating and following a provided nap schedule, assisting with potty training and changing diapers and playing outdoors. Light household duties include keeping main areas tidy, restocking the nursery, toddlers laundry and occasional meal prep for the family.

The family is offering a minimum guarantee of 33 hours a week at $25 an hour. The general schedule will be Tuesday-Thursday 7am-4pm and Fridays from 7am-1pm . Benefits include 2 weeks PTO, paid sick days and paid holidays. Candidates should also note that this family is looking to expand their family in the next year. Additional responsibilities, along with a pay increase and any schedule changes, will be discussed with the nanny and agreed to in advance in preparation for a new baby.
