Duties & Responsibilities

· Receive, qualify, evaluate, and respond to inbound private aircraft requests via phone and email.

· Contact aircraft operators for quotations on aircraft that will best fit the client’s specific request, preferences and desired itinerary.

· Vet the aircraft operator option to ensure the aircraft, crew and operator meet or exceed Le Bas and client's business.

· Produce a precise and well written contract, take payment via credit card, and book the best aircraft option.

· Communicate with the client on additional trip details such as ground transportation, catering and special needs.

· Track and manage the active flight and ensure a smooth travel experience.

· Assist the operator with trip oversight, pass communications from the client to the operator, and defend the client’s best interests.

· Collect Invoices to close the trip and send them to accounting.

· Provide customer care and retention.

· Receive, update and handover a daily team focus list throughout your shift.

· Continuously log your verbal and written communications with clients, vendors, and team using company software.

Requirements & Experience:

· Aviation industry experience at least 1 year is required

· Proficient computer skills required

· Customer care / customer service

· General knowledge of geography, and corporate aircraft types and performance.

· Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Shift work is required between the hours 6:45am - 11:15pm (8 hour shifts; 30 min lunch; 2 breaks)

Schedule: 8 hour shift

Weekends as needed

Salary: $50,000.00 per year
