Job Summary

Must be able to pass background check for license. This job requires expert use of: cellphone, camcorder, cellphone car mounts, databases, report writing, image/video creation, and file naming. Must have appropriate equipment and vehicle for this job from day one.
We are looking to hire Agency Agents to be part of our team. The job entails Surveillance, both mobile and stationary, and Research. Agents should be prepared for anything to happen and record what they see so we can articulate to our clients exactly what happens.

Be able to use cell phone camera, camcorder, have tinted vehicle, and blend in.

Skills:

Be able to use cell phone camera and time-stamp apps.

Be able to use camcorder and mono-pod/tripods for steady video.

Be able to do covert surveillance and have cover story in case of questions.

Be able to do hours of visual surveillance and be ready to document in a moments time what is happening.

Be able to go into businesses and blend in and record what you see.

Be able to complete reports as needed to document what was observed.

Important:

We will help the right candidate with equipment and training needs, but all applicants must have a working knowledge of the Investigations industry. The following items are required and mastered for success.

• Camcorder (something that is HD at a minimum, has stabilization, at least 30X optical zoom, 350X digital zoom, night mode, and can hold 256GB SD cards)
• Cell Phone (to be able to call and text customer if need be, along with lead agent and possible other agents, etc.) Any is fine.
• Cell Phone (no simm card needed, this is just for time-stamp images and video, which is needed every 30 minutes on most cases. This cell phone will go on a window mount for easy use, even when driving. These must have great cameras, minimum example is an iPhone 14, Samsung S22, Google Pixel 5, etc.)
• Cell phone window car mounts
• Back up camera (can be anything, it is a just in case situation)
• Tinted windows (the front does not have to be tinted, but partial tint is OK. The other windows need to be tinted so that you do not stick out while recording subject movement)
• Monopod (these allow for stable video while using the camcorder)
• Monocular or Binoculars (either are fine, but come in handy when observing subjects from a distance) $50
• Change of clothes, extra hat, jacket, sunglass, etc., all help in appearance changes.
• Apps to make the job easier, Time-Stamp for video and images, Stabilization apps to keep video steady, Google Maps/Ways to store potential locations for surveillance where the subject goes

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Experience:

• Surveillance: 1 year (Preferred)
