We have an immediate opening for a reliable, trustworthy and detail-oriented Housekeeper for our owner’s homes, located in Saugatuck, Michigan & Ada, Michigan. This is a Part-Time position working approximately 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be able to work on Monday, Thursday, and Friday, consistently each week, between the hours of 8am-5pm. Other hours and days can be flexible based on position needs and the hired candidate's availability.

What You Will Be Doing:
- General cleaning and upkeep of the home to include kitchen, bedrooms, living areas and bathrooms.
- Ability to perform grocery shopping as needed.
- May be asked to make other errands as needed during the work shift.
- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
- Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, counter tops, and sinks
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area
- Making beds and changing linens
- Washing windows
- Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs
- Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors
- Sorting, washing, loading, unloading and folding laundry
- Ironing clothing items
- Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools
- Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies
- Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces
- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
- Steaming and cleaning draperies
- Washing blinds
- Tidying up rooms
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
- Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements
- Perform other job duties & tasks as requested by home owners.
Qualified Candidates Require:
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Exceptional organization/multi-tasking skills
- Good attitude and work ethics
- Strong ethics and moral compass
- Valid driver’s license for transportation between homes and for running errands, as needed.
Physical Demands:
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in the housekeeping or related area preferred
