As the General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in steering daily operations in your designated region and contributing significantly to the overall triumph of the business. Your mission is to pursue operational excellence, inspiring others to align with this objective. Assume complete ownership of profit and loss statements, actively exploring avenues for market growth, and accommodate new trade lines, mergers, and acquisitions. We are seeking a GM with proven leadership skills—someone who embodies clarity and purpose in guiding the team. In this hands-on, blue-collar work environment, embracing resilience and dedication is paramount. Position: General Manager

Compensation: $130K-$180K + significant bonus

Location: Canton, MI
Responsibilities:

  • Lead with clarity of vision and purpose – focus on the mission and what matters

  • Implement quickly, cleanly, and crisply proven playbook tactics and growth without deviation from proven best practices

  • Seek best practice vs. next practice – having a ferocious focus on executing matters, delegating effectively, prioritizing areas to push forward

  • Analyze data to drive actions that matter the most to impact performance

  • Demonstrate experience previously developing “Best in Class” scalable programs

  • Understand the importance of customer service in a “customer first” culture

  • Navigate interactions with disgruntled customers and technicians with the ability to handle complaints

  • VERY Sales oriented with a history of top-quartile sales goal achievement

  • Professionally challenges status quo

  • Posses a mentality that asks “why not” instead of “why”

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalency; IDEAL candidate would be a military Veteran

  • Ability to foster sales driven environment through all trades and functions

  • Incredible integrity and ethics

  • Highly motivated and self-accountable personality

  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a “roll-up your sleeves” mentality
