Private Duty School Nurse
Team Select is seeking a Private Duty School Nurse to accompany a 17-year-old to school. The hours are 7:00am-2:00pm Monday-Friday. The patient attends a local high school and is needing a nurse to ride to provide hands-on care while in a classroom setting. The nurse will assist the patient with suctioning, g-tube maintenance, tube feedings, medication administration, brief changes and assessment.

Position Details and Responsibilities
- 1:1 patient care
- Working with pediatric/adult patients with g-tube, trach, and/or ventilator
- Documenting electronically
- Patient assessments
- In-person
- Developing meaningful long-term relationships
Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- Maintains a current CPR certification.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (preferred).
- Pediatric experience (preferred).
