SUMMIT HOME CARE is looking for an LPN or RN for morning and afternoon bus routes only (Scotch Plains) - 7 year old male only seziure protocol (no gtube/no trach/no vent)
Hours include: 2 hours in the morning (7:30am) - 2 in the afternoon (around 2:00pm) Mon-Fri
Nurse would be paid for days that student does not go to school

Responsibilities:
- Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
- Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
- Monitor clients' conditions and report accordingly
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
Requirements:
- Current license in the state
- Up to date first aid and CPR certification
- Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
