We are looking for LPN for the below shift. $40/hr- Adult F- Private Duty 1:1

• W/Th 8P-8A F/Sa 8P-8A Sun 8A-8P

Location: New Hyde Park, Long Island

DX: 72yo F-Gtube, Vent/Trach, Wound care, Bedbound

Rate: $40/hour -

Requirements:

• NY State LPN License
• BLS Card
• 2 years of Nursing experience
• 2 References

Skilled Requirements:
Wound Care and Dressing Changes Personal Care Assistance
Medication management and administration Palliative care for chronic conditions
Tracheostomy and ventilator management Feeding tube care and support
Respite care for family caregivers
