Job description

Springboro, Ohio is a growing city of ~20,000 in Southwestern Ohio centrally located between Dayton and Cincinnati in Warren County and is one of the best places to live in Ohio. With outstanding schools, numerous parks, a strong business community, low crime, and the charming feel of a small town, Springboro is a premier community to live, work and raise a family.

How did Springboro Ohio get its name?

The name "Springboro" comes from the number of springs found in the region which served the mills in the area. Predominantly a Quaker area, Springboro was an important stop on the Underground Railroad and was the first city to erect an Ohio Underground Railroad Historic Marker.

Beginning in the late 1960s, Springboro's population began a boom that would redefine the city. Fueled by the growth of the Dayton Area, Springboro transformed from a sleepy town along I-75 into a real estate hotspot in the Miami Valley. Growth in Springboro led to a new highway exit being created at I-75 & Austin Boulevard and the construction of three new schools by the SCCSD in the 2000s. Today Springboro is one of the most important suburbs in the Cincinnati-Dayton metro area due to its stronghold on the growth between the two major cities.

Founded in 1959, Sycamore Creek Country Club is home to a community of members from Springboro, Centerville and surrounding areas. The private, member-owned Club specializes in providing an exceptional Country Club experience for ~400 member families, couples, individuals and business professionals through our dynamic programming, warm hospitality, and expertly maintained facilities.
