Private Club Banquet Server

• Provide immediate attention to all members/guests upon arrival and distribute menus.
• Answer questions and suggest menu items
• Take member/guest food and/or drink orders
• Inform cooks about any special cooking instructions
• Assemble food on tray and get condiments as necessary
• Serve meal; place dishes by courses in front of each member/guest
• Check back tables to ensure member/guest satisfaction and refill beverages
• Remove dishes as guests finish
• Keep tables, dining room and bus station clean
• Advises supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur
• Performs side work, clean-up and closing duties as assigned
• Perform other duties as appropriate

Must have the ability to:

• Must hold a current State of Utah Alcohol Server Certification or be willing to get one
• High school preferred.
• Communicate verbally with staff members and/or customers
• Give and/or follow verbal and written instructions
• Visually inspect all work areas
• Stand, sit, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, bend and kneel for up to 5 hours at a time
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Hours are Tuesday through Saturday with Sunday and Monday off. 10am- 2pm & 4pm- 9pm Full time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
