Salary```Overview```
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to assist after recovery from a surgery. The position is temporary but could go on as long as a year or as short as a month.
```Responsibilities```
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Help clients with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning
- Monitor and document changes in clients' behavior or health status
- Implement behavior management techniques for clients with challenging behaviors
- Ensure clients' rights are respected and upheld at all times
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working as a caregiver
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects or assist with transfers as needed
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others
