PRISM Integration Assessor Consultant Level III

Culmen International is hiring a PRISM Integration SME/Engineer Consultant Level III to support the Development Finance Corporation (DFC) in Washington D.C.

• Conduct an independent post integration/architecture assessment of PRISM integration with Oracle and Invoice Processing Platform (IPP), identifying configuration/interface issues and ensuring data integrity.
• Analyze web services using Oracle R12.2 APIs/open interfaces/SOA Gateway for integrating Oracle R12.2 and PRISM.
• Understand PL/SQL, function, procedure, and packages used in the integration, developing a mitigation plan for identified issues.
• Provide expertise in federal contract writing and the flow of transactions between PRISM and Oracle.
• Develop recommendations for improving integration between PRISM and Oracle Financials system (EBS) to enhance user-friendliness.
• Identify and provide recommendations on recurring issues within the integration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Respond to all requests in a timely manner, including replies to email correspondence and phone calls within two business days, conducting daily duties with courtesy and professionalism.

• 7+ years of PRISM and Oracle CBS experience.
• Be a U.S. Citizen with ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Experience in federal contracting on either the federal or public side of business.
• Experience with Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).  

• 10+ years of PRISM and Oracle CBS experience.
• Currently holds a Public Trust clearance.
