SalaryPrior authorization specialist will be responsible for obtaining Prior Authorizations and verifications of procedures in a timely manner. Verify all insurance requirements have been met for the Prior Authorization. Communicate to physician and staff regarding Prior Authorizations. On Fridays, will be working as an Ophthalmic technician, checking vision, pressure, OCT's, assisting the doctor. Job duties include, but not limited to answering phones, scheduling, patient check-in and check out and filing.
