Printer Technician
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay Rate: $25-$30/HR W2
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Summary:
- Support the triage process and perform technical support on Ricoh print devices.
- Will work with customer to order parts as required and coordinate with site to install parts needed to complete repairs.
- Will assist with hot-swaps when required.
- Will go through credentialing process and will check into customer’s system using credentialing at least once a shift to ensure access stays active.
- Other general duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience supporting printers
- Inventory management
- Desktop support experience
- Ability to deliver great customer experiences and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
- Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks, client relationships and expectations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive attitude
