    • Position Summary
    • One temporary hourly-intermittent Work Study Student Assistant position in the Print Shop.
    • Start Date
    • Position available on or after December 1, 2023, and ending on or before May 31, 2024. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.
    • Job Description/Duties
    • Duties include but are not limited to:
      • Assist with checking and responding to the Reprographics e-mail requests.
      • Assist with preparing electronic files for final printing.
      • Assist with student printing/thesis printing projects.
      • Assist with Deliveries to department's campus wide.
      • Assist with production on the Reprographics Copy Machines.
      • Assist with keeping Print Shop and the Copy Program organized and clean.
      • Assist with customers over the phone.
      • Assist with front counter customers Print Shop/Mail Room.
      • Assist with light graphic design projects.
      • Assist with basic copier jams/ maintenance.
      • Assist with toner and staple inventories.
      • Assist with paper/staples deliveries.
      • Assist with keeping Copy Program supplies organized and clean.
      • Assist with calling copiers in for service.
      • Assist with toner replenishment on copiers.
      • Assist in Mail Room, Receiving, Records and Property Control as assigned.

      Other duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications
    • Preferred Qualifications:
      • Demonstrates excellent Customer Service skills and verbal communication.
      • Demonstrates the ability to be able to work in a fast paced environment.
      • Demonstrates the ability to multi-task.
      • Demonstrates basic computer skills on both PC and Mac. 

      Required Qualifications:
      • Required to lift up to 50lbs.
      • Possesses a valid California Driver's License.
      • Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
      • Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.

    • $15.50 per hour
