Print Shop Associate

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact for clients when they walk through the door
• Consult and be a resource for clients during the purchasing process
• Be knowledgeable of all products and services offered
• Understand and operate the majority of equipment used in the center to
• accurately create customer products in a timely manner
• Keep the shop neat and clean
• Communicate with the production team and customers on a regular basis
• Review customer files to ensure product quality and accuracy
• Have a full understanding of pricing and be able to create and follow up on printing, signage, and marketing materials estimates

• Customer service experience required (example: retail)
• This role requires strong physical abilities in order to successfully accomplish the following: lift/move heavy boxes in the 20-50 pound range, stand and walk continuously/for long periods of time
• Great hand-eye coordination
• High School diploma or GED required; college education in Marketing, Communications or Business preferred
