Print Production Associate/Print Operator

Interested in working for a dynamic, rapidly growing printing company? We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to join our team as a Print Production Associate/Print Operator. We print 100-300 small jobs a day and have multiple color and black & white digital production printers. The right candidate will also be operating a wide format printer, an envelope and letterhead printer, and printing labels. We are looking for someone to join our printing team as a leader in ensuring our standards and quality are met for each order as they come through production. This includes making sure that all items are printed to our high quality print and color standards. Additional responsibilities include helping where needed with production with hand work, using machinery, and shipping.

If a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding position is appealing to you, we’d love to talk to you! Salary for this position is $17 an hour: Full time, Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with availability to stay after 5 some days as needed.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Examine job order to determine quantity to be printed, stock specifications, colors, or special printing instructions.
• Load printers with paper, make necessary adjustments, monitor printers and respond to fault, error, or alert messages.
• Order supplies and place service calls for issues.
• Assist production as needed.
• Evolve in job skill to help lead our company to even better quality.
