Description
Position Purpose:
We have a great opportunity for you to come learn and grow in the IT department! You will process computer production systems hardcopy output (checks, ID cards, EOBs, other health-related correspondence and documents). Provides high quality print output for customers, providers, and subscribers, meeting demands, timelines, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
What You'll Do:
- Operates and maintains printing subsystems and pre/post-processing support hardware.
- Operates bursting/trimming machines for processing checks and other special forms.
- Performs Data card processing. Performs quality control checks on all work performed. Separates work and places reports/outgoing work in the correct courier pickup points or forms output carts.
- Monitors various systems and hardware to troubleshoot/identify any problems. Performs hardware maintenance as scheduled.
To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need:
Minimum Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Work Experience:
- No minimum experience required.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to adapt to ever changing deadlines.
- Effective organizational,
- Communication (verbal and written), and customer service skills.
- Ability to transport or move materials up to 50lbs during normal work functions.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time.

Preferred Work Experience:
- 1 year-High-volume printing environment.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
- Computer systems support knowledge.
- Must work well in a team environment.
Preferred Software and Other Tools:
- Knowledge of multiple systems software.
Work Environment:
The position is a night shift working 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Fast paced, multi-platformed environment which may require action and response 24X7 to support the technical business needs of the customer.
