Job Title: Principal, Supplier & Info Provider Segment
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports to: Director, Insurance & Supplier
Travel Required: 50%+
Work Location: Remote

Position Summary:

We're searching for a motivated, results-driven individual to take on the role of Supplier and Information Provider Segment Principal. This position is crucial for maintaining and expanding our foothold in the Supplier, Information Provider, and Collision Repair Industry. The ideal candidate will excel at value proposition selling, customer nurturing, relationship building, and key account management in the automotive sector.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manages key industry segment accounts to achieve goals, including senior-level relationship building, account retention, revenue maintenance, and contract fulfillment.
  • Identifies promotions to solidify relationships and keep accounts renewing.
  • Prepares for and conducts customer business reviews, enhancing customer satisfaction.

Segment Development:

  • Creates business plans, marketing strategies, and retention initiatives.
  • Initiates programs for new partners.
  • Arranges for staff training per contract requirements.
  • Maintains and continuously improves relationships across all account groups.
  • Manages partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Provides continuous revenue forecasting.
  • Collaborates on the development and implementation of retention strategies.

Other Principal Duties:

  • Acts as a sounding board for organizational and departmental strategies.
  • Represents the company at industry events.
  • Creates opportunities for the company to address industry forums.

Skills and Aptitudes:

  • Relationship Building: Nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders for sales growth.
  • Key Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for key clients.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Follow-up and Communication: Regularly communicate with clients and prospects.
  • Results-Driven Approach: Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular performance reports.

Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in key account management.
  • - Strong relationships within the equipment segment.
  • - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • - Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • - Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.
