Principal Software Engineer (Salesforce)

Andersen Corporation seeks Principal Software Engineer (Salesforce) in Bayport, MN. with responsibility for designing, testing, and developing deployment strategies for implementation of Salesforce application. Specific duties include: (1) consulting with Account Managers IT Architects, Business Customers and IT Vendors in the selection and design of high complexity, innovative and transformative projects in order to provide technology recommendations to support critical business process improvements; (2) designing and executing comprehensive technical integration and performance testing of applications, including components and interfaces; (3) testing and implementing software development efforts, including coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging, as well as managing timelines, maintaining coding standards and producing technical documentation; (4) utilizing Force.com web services API including REST and SOAP APIs in order to implement applications for access to data from different servers; (5) utilizing programming languages (JavaScript, Apex) to create comprehensive and customized solutions within salesforce platforms; (6) adhering to Agile practices and other PMO or Team project methodology to streamline development processes, enhance collaboration, and ensure delivery of variable solutions; and (7) working closely with business teams, performing data review, and developing complex CRM solutions to ensure best practices are followed and best data solutions are provided.

Qualified candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; five years of experience developing and implementing Salesforce applications, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud (aka Communities), Lightning (Aura or web components), and Apex; experience serving in a tech lead or similar role overseeing Salesforce development and quality efforts; and demonstrated proficiency with database technologies including SQL and Oracle.
