Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (CFG) seeks a Principal Salesforce Architect for its Johnston, RI location.

Duties: The Principal Salesforce Architect will lead the strategy, development, research, modification, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities, and Force.com applications, ensuring the continued delivery of innovative, high quality solutions within a team oriented environment. Utilize expertise in Salesforce tools, including Visualforce, a proprietary language developed by the Salesforce.com, Salesforce Object Query Language, and the Salesforce environment. Leverage advanced integration applications like Mulesoft, IBM APIC, Web Methods and software tools including SOAP and REST-based Web Service APIs; APEX data loader, Welkin Suite, Copado, and Git Hub Enterprise to assist in the development of customizations, APIs, enhancements, and maintenance of Salesforce and Force.com applications. Provide architectural mentorship and oversight at a Company Platform level, including its supporting Salesforce Platform at enterprise level, Center Of Excellence and will ensure the continued delivery of innovative, high quality solutions within a team-oriented environment. Review internal requirements, define solution functionality, design/develop solutions, and maintain solutions over time. Ensure that the technical approach to the design effectively meets the business needs and direction of the customer, while ensuring compliance to department standards.

Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field followed by six years of progressive experience managing Salesforce deliverables/implementations. At least four years of required experience must include: Design and development of Salesforce features and functions including Web Services APIs - REST/SOAP, Composit Rest and sObject Tree Rest APIs, Apex, Lightning Framework, modern JavaScript and Visualforce; Providing guidance on solution requirements, technical design, scalable integration architecture, and solution recommendations. Design and solution using micro services and event driven architecture; Implementing new enhancements, including the creation of custom objects, big objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, flow triggers, Scheduler, omni-channel and email alerts; Integrating Salesforce with other platforms within an organization, and developing an understanding of linkages between these key platforms/applications and Salesforce; Developing reports, custom report types, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity; Working on a data strategy with tools like data lake, MongoDB, and analytics tools like tableau; Serving as a subject matter expert on items related to Salesforce.com, third party integrations, and AppExchange; will remain current on new Salesforce features and functionality; and providing recommendations for process improvements; Experience in single-sign on, customer portal, application/data security using tools like shield platform encryption, Revcult , Splunk, CASB McAfee etc.; Experience in cloud hosted applications like AWS, Google, including extensive experience Salesforce products like Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, Pardot, Industry clouds, Sales and Service Cloud; Experience with Enterprise issues related to IT architecture, data model and validating the same across multiple applications. Effectively working with multiple vendors, both nearshore and offshore; and Contributed to the establishment and improvement of an architectural framework for application development. Participated in the cost analysis/justification, written recommendation or presentation to senior management.
