Job Summary:
Seeking a Principal Program, Planning & Control Analyst (PP&C) to join our team. This role will provide an opportunity to be involved in the SEWOL program, which is a high visibility agile based development contract with full earned value reporting requirements and surveillance. In this role, you will have opportunities to work autonomously as well as collaborate with teammates and other functional roles. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with routine tasking. This role will include both FP&A and earned value management tasking.
Candidate must be able to work out of one of the following locations: McKinney, TX, Aurora, CO, El Segundo, CA, Tucson, AZ or Dulles, VA.
There is no relocation assistance provided for this position.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Development of monthly sales forecasts
Identification of sales forecast risk and opportunities
Development of monthly Subcontractor accruals
Preparation and analysis of Quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs)
Budget Change Request incorporation
Ingest and export of large quantities of data
Update and maintain program metrics files to support monthly earned value cycles
Perform analysis of program cost and schedule performance, identifying trends, and providing information to Project Leadership Team for corrective action implementation.
Support CDRL preparation
Accommodate unexpected events, achieve critical deadlines with quality results, and perform as a flexible team member in support of the objectives and initiatives of Enterprise Space Mission Systems
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field
Typically requires 5 years finance/accounting work experience; OR a Master’s degree with 3 years work experience
Earned Value Experience
U.S. Citizenship Status is Required as this position will require the ability to Access US Only Data Systems
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
