As a Principal PMM for eero's B2B portfolio, you will be responsible for driving best in class customer experience for intuitive HW & SW Solutions by (1) informing Product and leaders on customers needs, wants, and behaviors for wireless technologies, (2) crafting and executing go-to-market plans for HW and SW Solutions, (3) partnering with sales and marketing channel managers to execute and optimize GTM strategies in line with your vision (4) developing messaging, content segmentation, and customer segmentation strategies to drive new customer acquisition, (5) setting the direction for brand and product initiatives that support entire Services portfolio.
This is a highly visible role which you will have an outsized impact. You will hold a high bar for measurement for the success of the B2B Services marketing activations and will define success metrics, measurement methods and reporting processes for your efforts. This role is highly cross-functional and you will be an excellent communicator both verbal and written. You are comfortable with frequent executive interactions along with learning from and sharing best practices across our Internet Service Provider (ISP) customers. You must be able to think strategically, look at the business analytically, and execute flawlessly. The ideal candidate has deep experience in the telco/ISP industry, SaaS product development and go-to-market process. You will build and inspire a positive, high-energy, results-oriented culture in our team, creating a measurable impact across eero, Amazon, and the wider industry landscape.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy and roadmap for our ISP and SMB Products and Solutions inclusive of portfolio considerations, pricing, and promotional tactics that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Drive eero's Services product marketing and go-to-market planning and execution. This includes the creation and deployment of the strategy, the launch of new products and releases, and the ongoing success tracking of each eero Service.
- Be the expert on our ISP customers. Own market research projects that uncover customer and market insights that influence the near and long term product roadmap.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and keep our product offerings innovative and competitive.
- Partner cross-functionally (e.g. Amazon and ISPs) to drive innovative launch and always-on marketing programs that are impactful to the business and increase brand and product awareness.
- Own pricing strategy, forecasting in partnership with the product, sales, finance, and BD teams.
- Role is global in nature - will work with teams that support a global presence.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Experience with developing and implementing GTM initiatives at scale
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product management, analytics, UX, and research
- Experience leading product and/or sales strategies for a B2B business, ideally in the telco/ISP industry

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $252,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
