About The Team

This position is part of the TDP Tooling team responsible for a subset of tools used for the program’s planning, operations management, and tracking activities. In this position, you will empower the leadership team to act on the analytics provided and exercise on data driven decision making.

About The Role

Presentation Layer

  • Drive program KPI and success metrics definition
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar visualization tools - Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to uncover insights and drive business strategies.
  • Advises program leadership teams with regards to patterns and relationships in data to recommend business direction or outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough and accurate Data Analysis to identify areas for process improvement, operation efficiency and trend analyses.

Business Intelligence and analytics

  • Build and maintain predictive analyses and models for program’s supply and demand: planning and forecasting of participants (participants/opportunities), program budget and business impacts (of participants)
  • Combined internal partners feedback and detailed quantitative analysis using historical trends to generate predictive behavior and forecasts that support planning and decision making.
  • Support definition and measurement of learning and development strategies and plans
  • Develops requirements and measurements to monitor and achieve continuous performance improvement enabled by Data Analysis using statistical techniques and tools such as R, Python, and SQL
  • Participate in the software development life cycle (SDLC) for data-related projects.

Hybrid data analytics: Integration of qualitative and quantitative data

  • Develop processes and models for effective and efficient analysis of qualitative and quantitative survey responses.
  • Create approach and models for measurement of cost and return of program operations.
  • Perform as data and analytics expert on data gathering requirements and expectations efforts  

Project/ Initiative definition, planning and implementation:

  • Define scope, justification and objectives according to identified business needs.
  • Create project charter and plan to meet objectives and delivery
  • Manage stakeholders and all project communications as needed

Required Skills

  • 8+ Years Relevant Ex
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation (5+ years). Proficiency in Python and R is desirable.
  • Advance proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI (2+ years)
  • Knowledge of database design principles and experience working with large datasets
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
  • 4+ years expertise with business analysis techniques and methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets.
  • Technologically savvy in order to drive effective means of processing and reporting critical business information.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team including coaching of team members.
  • Ability de define, plan, implement and manage projects/ initiatives

Education

  • Bachelors degree in CS, Math, Economics, Statistics Preferred

Our Principal Data Analysis earns between $116,700.00 -$175,100.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
