• Design, develop, and implement software solutions to enhance cybersecurity in defense and space systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and analyze system requirements.
• Conduct thorough assessments of software vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Lead in the development and execution of cybersecurity test plans and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze system logs to identify and respond to potential security breaches.
• Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to ensure the development of state-of-the-art software solutions.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with a focus on cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and methodologies.
• Experience working with security assessment tools and techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols and systems architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
• Additional certifications such as CISSP or CEH are a plus.
