Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serve as a leader providing support, guidance, and direction to clinical team members.
- Serve as the clinical team leader in the absence of the Clinical Director.
- Help train and orient new clinical staff team members and maintain ongoing awareness of each staff members' strengths and weaknesses.
- Suggest trainings that may benefit the development of the team for leadership consideration.
- Facilitate trainings, when appropriate, as requested.
- Facilitate clinical meetings, as requested.
- Audit charts and therapist performance, as indicated.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated computer proficiency.
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a behavioral health related field.
- Drug and alcohol certification through state board (CADC, CAADC, ADC, AADC or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Professional clinical license (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Experience in substance use disorders treatment strongly preferred.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
