Form of workSierra Pacific Orthopedics is seeking a Primary Care / Internal Medicine physician with either several years of sports medicine experience, or who have recently completed a fellowship in non-operative sports medicine. This candidate would practice family medicine, treat non-operative sports conditions and assist in the operations of our Orthopedic Urgent Care. Our primary care/non-operative sports medicine practice has grown to three full-time physicians. We are now seeking our fourth and possibly fifth physicians to join this team.
Practice information:
- 26 full time doctors (28 in October 2022)
- On site physical therapy, radiology, MRI, lab and extremity CT services
- Nextgen EMR
- Orthopedic Urgent Care
Incentive/Benefit Package:
- 2 year ownership track, with buy-in opportunities for the practice and real estate

Compensation: $200k-$500k
