• Full-Time /Permanent position
• Rural clinic outpatient only
• 4 day work week schedule discussed during interview (1 Saturday rotation every other month)
• PPD is about 10-14
• The provider must be able to conduct preventative and wellness care, vaccines, walk-ins, and medical urgent care for all ages
• Must have at least 1 year of experience
• WI license in hand or in the process
