Primary Care is looking for a Clinic Lead to assist manager with leading healers and team who has leadership experience and provides great patient care. Job Summary
- Possesses and applies team-building, problem-solving and critical thinking skills in leading clinic staff.
- Responsible for daily oversight of staff members and rendering timely and effective decisions.
- Provides care to patients of all ages and assistance to physicians and advanced practitioners in the physician clinic.
- Leads team of clinic healers
- Assists physician or advanced practitioner during patient visit in accordance with age specific needs. Triages patient calls appropriately. Trains new staff and coaches existing staff on the proper process for assisting each provider.
- Documents applicable information and completes paperwork. Ensures that each staff member is diligent and thorough in the continuous care of the patient through accurate and timely completion of all encounters, labs, documents, etc. assigned to them.
- Maintains the exam rooms and work environment. Routinely monitors the clinic's exam rooms and work stations to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Assists with laboratory procedures. Monitors the staff on laboratory procedures to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Utilizes team-building, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to maintain a positive and productive working environment for all of clinic staff.
- Works closely with Manager to maintain Clinic productivity and healer satisfaction
- Screens patient and obtains pertinent information. Trains new staff and coaches existing staff on the patient visit process.
- Provides reception/clerical support as needed. Ensures staff is properly trained to support the clerical staff.

Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Prefer at least two years’ experience in a clinical or physician office setting, emergency room and/or a hospital setting that provides patient care.
- Experience in office clerical activities desirable.
(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)
Compensation/Benefits
- $17.39-$28.40/hr based on previous work experience
