Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a US Pricing Leader located at one of our hubs or remotely within the United States.
What will you do?
- Co-Lead the LXL (SE-Led) price execution team, recruiting, developing, and promoting talent.
- Strong partnership with sales team and our partners to develop strategic business plans and the right pricing to each market.
- Strong partnership with the Lines of Business, Finance, and GSC to align commercial strategies to pricing decisions.
- Deploy pricing actions to support business objectives.
- Transform and drive efficiencies in the pricing processes to enable ease of doing business with our customers, including change management of deployment on new software’s and processes.
- Monitor and analyze pricing performance and market trends, providing insights and recommendations for better and more relevant market price
- Be a thought leader within the Commercial Operations organization and support tackling the most important NAM transformations.

- Four-year bachelor’s or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills, understanding of the commercial process and the business.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, set strategic direction, and drive results
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders and teams
- Deep knowledge of our go to market, product offerings, and business strategies
- Be a strong change agent.
