We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales & Field Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is a sharp, enthusiastic individual capable of effectively selling our services door-to-door and providing on-site quotes. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing various exterior cleaning tasks with precision and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with potential customers through door-to-door sales to promote and sell our exterior cleaning services.
• Provide accurate, on-site job quotes and follow up with potential clients to close sales.
• Perform a variety of exterior cleaning services, including window cleaning, house washing, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth and success.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards while performing fieldwork.
• Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in all interactions, upholding the company's values and reputation.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in door-to-door sales or a related field.
• Experience in exterior cleaning services or willingness to undergo training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customer bases.
• Strong work ethic, with a capacity for handling physical demands of exterior cleaning tasks.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
