Pressroom Feeder

Commercial printer in Elk Grove Village, IL is seeking 3rd Shift Pressroom Feeder

Pay - $20 - $25 Based on experience.

Qualifications

· 3-5 years’ experience preferred but not mandatory. We are willing to train.

· Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures

· Able to work overtime as necessary.

· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to carry out the proper set up of a job from instructions.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Review job tickets & discuss job specifications with Press Operator to ensure complete understanding.

· Verify ink and paper specifications.

· Prepare and load stock.

· Monitor all material being used on the press (ink, waters, coating etc.

· Restock & prepare materials for next shift. Relay completed accurate information to next shift on jobs scheduled and in progress.

· Perform periodic maintenance.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Ability to stand and operate equipment about 95% of shift.

· Work in a warehouse / manufacturing environment.

· Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on seasonality.
