Press Brake Operator

Spray Tech, a leading spray booth manufacturing company based in Rialto, California is seeking a Press Brake Operator with a strong technical background and good interpersonal skills to be an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Equipment and program adjustments, changing dies and machine maintenance
• Manage the Press Brake and ensure all accuracy of parts
• Inspect and measure parts, as required, to maintain quality records
• Maintain accurate counts of parts, attach labels or tags to finished part containers identifying customer, part number, quantity produced and any rejected parts
• Able to read brake detail drawings and coordinate with the Engineering department
• Follow all safety procedures and wear safety equipment or apparel as required
• Ensure on a daily basis that the work area is clean and orderly including machine, tooling and workstation
• All other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Job Qualifications:

• Must be detail oriented and able to work under minimal supervision and guidance
• Have knowledge of various metals and gauges (Galvanized, Aluminized, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum – 24 gauge to ¼” plate)
• Must be able to use calipers
• Flexible to work overtime and weekends when scheduled
• Must be computer literate
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Bilingual a plus.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Press Brake
• Able to operate a forklift
• Experience adjusting programs and changing dies
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment physical and background check

Job Type: Regular, Full-time direct hire position. Work schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.Hourly
