Press Brake Operator Night Position

Position: Press Brake Operator - nights - will train! Our fast growing company provides competitive wages and benefits. Now offering a $1000 sign on bonus and $3.00 shift differential.

Classification: Non-exempt

Schedule: 10-hour days, Monday-Thursday. Overtime as assigned.

Job summary: An operator set’s up and operate brake press to produce high quality products.

Responsibilities: Responsible for operations, proving programs, operating controls, and setting all machines functions. Must provide inspection of parts to assure conformance will be required. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Skills: Must be able to work from drawings, read and understand specifications to determine dimensions of finished product. Organize work area before and after parts are processed to eliminate double handling and work efficiency. Able to calculate, blank sizes, bend locations, appropriate tonnage and tooling for each part being formed. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Physical requirements: May have to lift-up to 75 lbs.
