O'Neal Manufacturing Services - Cedar Falls is conveniently located in the Cedar Falls Industrial Park.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Adhere to established safety and quality processes and procedures.
Operate CNC Press Brakes, performing adjustments and tooling replacements as necessary.
Review work orders and specifications to determine machining sequence, set up, and finished workpiece dimensions.
Deburr and stage parts prior to forming.
Read and interpret customer specifications and provided prints.
Download program files to machine controller.
Perform first piece inspection.
Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions.
Record production data in manufacturing software.
Safely operate a forklift to move product.
Count, stack, and deburr product as required.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Working Hours
2nd Shift - Air-conditioned facility
Monday through Thursday, 3:30pm to 2:00am
Overtime available: Monday through Thursday, 3:30pm to 3:00am, Friday 3:30pm to 9:30pm
Overtime schedules are posted on Wednesdays.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong mathematical skills.
Fluent in conversational English, both written and spoken.
Attention to detail.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
