Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool students
- Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment for children
- Provide individualized attention and support to students with special needs or learning challenges
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns
- Conduct assessments to track student development and adjust teaching strategies as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
- Strong classroom management skills
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff
- Experience in curriculum development and implementation
