Job Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $16.50 - and up per hour

Teacher Requirements:

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

A minimum of 12 ECE units or a degree in Early Childhood Education, including the CoreCourses (Infant or Child Growth and Development or Human Growth and Development; Child,Family, and Community or Child and Family, Health & Safety; and Program/Curriculum).

OR A current and valid Child Development Associate (CDA) credential with the appropriate age-level endorsement issued by the CDA.

OR A photocopy of the teacher's Child Development Permit issued by the California Commission or Teacher Credentialing (Child Development Associate, Teacher, or Master Permit).

We will not consider candidates without the 12 Core ECE Units AND transcripts.

License/Certification:

Mandated Reporter, CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications we seek:

● You must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent
GED.

● Compliance with applicable laws and regulations is essential, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children.

● Previous experience in a licensed childcare center or a comparable group childcare program for at least six months is preferred.

● Completion of 16 hours of health and safety training showcases your dedication to maintaining high standards of care.

● A clear fingerprint history for immediate hire ensures the safety and well-being of our students.
