Preschool Program Director

Challenger School, one of the most prestigious private pre-K through 8th-grade schools in the country, is seeking an experienced Licensed Preschool Director to join our team.
 

As a Licensed Preschool Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Preschool Program, ensuring the highest quality of education and care for our students, and supporting the professional development of our faculty.
 

The ideal candidate will possess the following required qualifications:

• A four-year college degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• A valid Preschool Director's license
• College level business management courses
• Proven experience in early childhood education management including at least two years of working in a licensed child-care center
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
