BFTS provides a fun and structured learning environment for children ages 6 weeks-12 years. Each of our seven programs focus on all areas of child development which include social, emotional, academic and physical. Our team of teachers working collaboratively to implement a program to ensure growth and success for each and every child.
We are currently hiring for teachers for:
FULL TIME:
Infant Assistant Teacher 4 days a week 7:45-6:00 (2 positions).
Infant 2/Toddler 1 Assistant Teacher 4 days a week 7:45-6:00 (2 positions).
Toddler 2 Assistant Teacher 4 days a week 7:45-6:00.
Preschool/Pre-K Assistant Teacher 4 days a week 7:45-6:00 (2 positions).
PART TIME:
Support staff 3:00-6:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Help maintain an environment that is designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
- Create a fun and safe learning environment
- Follow schedules for individual children
- Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with infants and parents
- Communicate with parents on infants'' growth and progress
- Maintain the health and safety of all students
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in early childhood education, childcare, teaching, or other related fields
- Passionate about working with children
