We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and preparing them for their educational journey. Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and progress
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with preschool-aged students in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote active learning
- Familiarity with special education strategies and techniques (preferred)
- Experience in physical education or literacy education (preferred)
- Previous experience in daycare, tutoring, or child welfare is a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
