Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations across your assigned center
- Guarantee compliance with state and federal regulations specific to childcare
- Craft and implement our curriculum the assist in development of the whole child
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of exceptional educators
- Manage budgets and financial aspects of the center
- Conduct meaningful outreach to parents and the broader community
Essential Qualifications:
- Mandatory NC Admin 3 Level credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a similar field
- A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within a childcare setting
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
