The Goddard School located in Buford is looking for a motivated, self-starter for an Administrative Assistant position at our School. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of a developmentally appropriate learning program for young children. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to motivate and inspire others.

The admin assistant's responsibilities include the following:

- assisting the operations of the School, specifically focusing on educational programming, relationship building, faculty training & development, and quality assurance
- Classroom support
- Using a growth mindset to train, coach, and develop the School for the future
- Developing strong relationships with our families
- Assist with school events
- Complying with state childcare licensing regulations
- Projecting a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Having a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to education

- Associates of Arts or Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field
