We provide education about Regenerative Agriculture practices to help farmers be successful on their farm and to build a legacy of a vibrant rural communities for future generations.

Summary:

These full-time and part-time positions are to help us with our peak production seasons. These positions entail working with a team to produce PrairieFood and Premix slurry, which is a 2-part process involving cattle manure and distillers' grain. The Pre-mix technician will manually ensure efficiency and cleanliness of production processes to separate sand and silt from manure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Cleaning the Heat Exchanger (HEX)
  • Cleaning shuttle totes and semi tankers
  • Loading semi tankers and shuttle totes
  • Making Manure Slurry
  • Making PREMIX
  • Ph testing of Totes

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
  • Ability to interact with technology to track production activities and quality standards.

  • Ability to work with the team to think creatively to help redefine process and procedures to improve:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Interest in Regenerative Agriculture
  • CDL
  • Farming background
