Job Title: Premium Ticket Sales and Service Intern
Hourly Rate: $21.25

SUMMARY
Assist and collaborate with the Premium Ticket Sales & Service Departments’ daily tasks and season-long projects. This position will focus on the premium seat holder experience through interaction with fans, supporting all sales and customer service efforts, execution of events and gameday hospitality. This proactive individual needs to be a strong communicator and multi-tasker.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintain a consistent focus on customer service to foster a positive fan experience and exceed expectations for Premium guests including Club Ticket Holders, Field Seat, Reserve Club, Tunnel Club Member, Suite Owners and their guests
- Assist in coordination and execution of Seahawks annual events including Training Camp, Suite Owner Kickoff Lunch and Holiday Parties
- Gameday responsibilities include preparing suites, coordinating and leading Seahawks Legend and Hawk suite visits and assisting with club activations
- Serve as gameday host to newly opened Tunnel Club with 158 members each game
- Handle Premium customer service responsibilities including inbound & outbound communication via phone, email and text-messages
- Become fully educated in the mobile ticket process to assist with fulfillment and customer service questions both in the office and on gamedays
- Be informed and communicate both positive and negative feedback internally to help support our Fans First Culture. Provide necessary information both internally and externally to help convert into sales and determine appropriate resolutions for customer service issues
- Assist in fulfillment of Field Seat packages, single game suite onboarding, additional ticket requests and club passes
- Generate a solid understanding of Archtics ticketing system to assist with fulfilling ticket requests and customer service resolutions
- Enter customer sales and service data into CRM system to maintain current and consistent database
- Manage Delta Sky360° Club Facebook group with membership, content creation and interaction
- General office duties including mailings, filing, etc.
- Assist in covering the front reception desk when needed
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Be currently enrolled as a junior, senior, or recent graduate (within 6 months) from a college or university. Graduate school students are eligible to apply as well
- Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail and completion of task
- Must have strong verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate professionally with ticket holders and suite owners via phone or in person
- Must have strong writing capabilities
- Ability to maintain and present a professional image
- Ability to multi-task, while keeping a calm demeanor in a fast paced environment
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
TIMEFRAME
- July 2023 – End of January 2024
- This position works 30 hours per week on average

- Indoor and outdoor work within Virginia Mason Athletic Center and Lumen Field
- Weekend and evening work required
- Flexible work hours (based on home game schedule, special events)
- Ability to drive between Lumen Field and the Virginia Mason Athletic Center facility and other local destinations as needed
