Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Premium Cooks to join our team at Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts. As a Premium Cook, you will partake in important food preparation for guest orders within the Premium In-seat and VIP service areas. Candidates successfully hired to this role are eligible for a $200 retention bonus. Work 10 consecutive event shifts (shows) and receive a $200 bonus.

• Prepare food to comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures, ensuring proper food temperatures are maintained, food is stored correctly, the freshness and quality of all menu items, and packages all products to proper specifications
• Keep workstation, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
• Use waste control guidelines and record all waste on the spoilage sheet
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties and end-of-day inventory

• At least 2 year of previous experience in a back-of-the-house food service position, preferably premium service or upscale dining
• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes
• Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate and follow recipe measurements
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• Available to work an event based schedule including, days, nights weekends and holidays

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more, reach up to seven feet, bend, and squat
• Standing and walking for the entire length of shift in moderate to high noise levels
• Manual ability to chop, mix, blend, whip a variety of foods and liquids and operate kitchen equipment
