Position Summary

 

Under close supervision, interacts with Policyholders, Agents, and Employees primarily via telephone to respond to inquiries regarding Premium Audits.(added) Also responsible for  providing administrative support regarding Premium Audit processing to section personnel.

 

  • Successful candidate will work rotating 7.5-hour shifts on weekly basis while maintaining phone coverage from 8am - 5pm
Duties and Responsibilities

Releases system and manually generated audit orders to appropriate Audit Service Company.

 

Communicates and responds to routine inquiries from Policyholders, Agents, and Employees regarding the status of assigned audits.

 

Prepares and distributes copies of completed audits as required.

 

In addition to receiving, opening, sorting mail, provides administrative and clerical support to the Premium Audit Section.

High school diploma, or GED, required. Basic knowledge of The ERIE and its commercial audit operations preferred. Willingness to enroll in and successfully complete the General Insurance Program required.
