RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Client-Centric Approach: Meet with clients to discuss their case, showcasing compassion, empathy, and trust-building skills.
• Negotiation Mastery: Demonstrate superb negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Legal Expertise: Evaluate claims with precision and provide expert guidance through legal processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bar Membership: Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing. Membership in the Georgia Bar or Texas Bar in good standing or a willingness to get barred in Georgia or Texas.
• Legal Experience: Demonstrated experience in evaluating claims and navigating legal processes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiation Prowess: Proven superb negotiation skills.
