Report To: VP, Solution Consultants I Department:SaaS Sales & Global Marketing Team I Location: Remote I Travel Required: Y(40-50 % of domestic/international travel)
WHAT YOU'LLBE DOING:
As part of thesoftware sales team, lead and execute industry focused, consultative, and value-addedsoftware sales engagements through productive business relationships withcustomers and prospects, and other respected industry leaders and 3rd parties.Develop financially quantified value propositions specific to a customer orprospect. Represent thought leadership of customers' and industry businessneeds and processes, and how Supplyframe improves customers businessstrategically, operationally, and financially. Lead the development andmaintenance of ongoing business relationships beyond Company's customer baseinto the wider industry arena to facilitate future software sales. Works onstrategic assignments that requires the highest impact on the design/sellingprocess. Provides market level insightsand feedback to internal Supplyframe cross-functional teams. Supports Marketing team with content, eventparticipation, product, and market guidance.
A strongconsulting background is a highly desirable as is comfort with sales.Familiarity with the tactical approach of the Challenger sales methodology is aplus. The qualified candidate will have a strong technical background,exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and deep knowledge of theelectronics market and Supply Chain strategy, tactics, and operations.
SoftwareSales Opportunity Support:
  • IndividualSolutions Consulting lead for sales engagements.
  • Leadand execute consultative sales engagements using available methods & toolsto assess a prospect's business condition and recommend appropriate courses ofaction.
  • Befully versed in all Supplyframe products and leverage appropriate opportunitiesto create additional customer value and expand scope
  • Asan integral part of the Supplyframe and the wider Siemens pursuit teams. Organize appropriate SME's and resources withthe goal of driving maximum business value for our collective customers.

BusinessCase and Value Proposition Management:
  • Buildtrusted advisor status by communicating knowledgably with the customer aroundbusiness challenges, industry trends, competitor landscapes and widerinterfaces, through the delivery of thought leadership, and speaking withauthority, articulating Supplyframe's vision and point of view on DSI adoptionto deliver competitive advantage
  • Workwith customers to understand their business strategy. Development of a high-level customer visionand project roadmap that resolves identified business challenges. Leverage DSI technology as a business enablerand source of competitive advantage
  • Leadthe development and presentation of financially quantified, business linkedvalue propositions specific to a customer or prospect in sales opportunities
  • Curateand document use cases related to DSI capabilities, with a focus on relevantindustry verticals Supplyframe serves
  • Supportthe development of value calculators in order quantity business benefits
  • Supportthe development of customer maturity models

SolutionDelivery Support:
  • Engagethe Customer Success team early to ensure successful hand-over and transitionof customer roadmaps, project delivery plans and other planned events
  • Completeinternal project delivery templates and other relevant customer information
  • Facilitateappropriate customer introductions to help professional services team deliver asuccessful implementation, and ensure that relevant customer stakeholderinformation and strategies are transferred

MarketingSupport:
  • Developand deliver solution domain value presentations to communicate DSI capabilitiesvia internal and external Awareness and Marketing Events. Examples includeConferences, Customer Days, Road shows, User Conferences, Product Launches,Speaking engagements, etc.
  • Supportmarketing collateral needs. Examplesinclude blog posts, web site edits, white papers, ebooks, brochures

KnowledgeSharing:
  • Bethe DSI product and industry subject matter expert for both Supplyframe andSiemens
  • Communicatesales, presales and customers' needs to other internal organizations such asoperations management, product development and marketing.
  • Defineand develop business potential plans of new markets and/or new solutions, buildand continuous improvement of customer engagement models, business cases,quantified value propositions, supporting DSI solution vision proof points, andother presales tools, to address new markets and/or solutions to address DSIopportunities in these markets.
  • Ownthe improvement and expert usage of presales tools and methods for an industrysegment within specific country or zone operations, as part of a global practice.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor'sdegree in engineering or equivalent work experience
  • 5+years of electronics industry Supply Chain experience strongly preferred
  • ValueEngineering (execution or management) experience a plus
  • SaaSbased enterprise software pre-sales experience preferred but not required
  • Communication- tailor communication to the customer's needs with authority; effectivelydeliver presentations with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • InterpersonalInfluence - use rational and emotional drivers that appeal to customers tocomfortably drive to desired outcomes
  • Ownership- initiative and drive to achieve results; independent and self-directed
  • Proficiencywith personal and project productivity tools including MS Office, MS Project

We offer PTO (17 days for the 1st 5 years of employment) & up to 10 company paid holidays.
The total cashcompensation range for this position is $135,700 to $271,400 with 30% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. Theactual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's worklocation as well as additional factors, including job-related skills,experience, and relevant education/training.
