Our company specializes in shipping hemp products domestically and internationally. We are looking for driven individuals to join our team as Pre Roll Technicians. The Pre Roll Technicians must be able to identify and accomplish basic packing tasks, creating Pre Rolls, both infused and regular, and also adhere to our quality assurance expectations by properly packaging, labeling and identifying all Pre Roll shipments. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, responsible, punctual and have knowledge of industry standards. Experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements:

• 21+
• Must be able to lift up to 50 LBS, bending over, and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to listen and have excellent communicate with coworkers.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check

Responsibilities:

• Move and position product to meet production schedule.
• Perform daily inspection of the area to ensure safety and compliance.
• Shred, sift and de-stem materials
• Keep a clean work station, room and facility
• Assemble and pack prerolls- Quality check, tube, box, label
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Punctual/reliable, reliable transportation, follows directions
• Trustworthy and honest character
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and good work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as a team to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• Ability to successfully perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
